"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

The whole process was wonderful-all their staff were courteous and very helpful, and they answered all my questions completely. "Mike and his team were wonderful for our home in Maryland! (Old address was Arlington.) Anyway, our situation was a bit complicated, but our original kitchen designer didn't include granite for our large kitchen windowsill, which was a focal point for our kitchen. We originally thought we would be okay with putting a wood windowsill there, but as the remodel was drawing to a close, we realized this was a big mistake and had to be remedied. Our contractor gave us Mike's number and I am so glad we chose him to install our stone windowsill! Mike and his team were able to secure granite from the same lot number in the yard as the original granite that was used for the rest of the countertops, and they made the windowsill edges match the other countertops perfectly! We were so happy! Also, we realized after the windowsill was installed that the original fabricator for the rest of the countertops put our backsplashes in backwards in one spot of the kitchen, and Mike and his team came back a second time to fix their mistake. They went above and beyond expectations and even put in brand new backsplashes with the extra material from our slab to make the backsplashes more seamless and better aligned with our kitchen window! His prices seemed very fair and reasonable, and his customer service was excellent, very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to use At Home Countertops again!"
