")I live three hours from where the work was to be done. The only contact I had with Ros-Elum Services was by phone. After a break-in I contacted Ros-Elum Services to do a cleaning. Jennifer called me and emailed me the estimate for cleaning walls, windows, carpet and floors. She explained when and how the services would take place. She also provided additional information about services that she did not provide that I may need (plumber and exterminator), along with credible vendors. Two weeks after Ros-Elum completed the work I was able to stop by and inspect the results. Everything was done as explained. The house was very clean and order free. During the cleaning process I received a call from one of the on-site personel who explained additional issues they encountered. Jennifer followed up on that call and the issues was resolved. Considering the mess that was left after the breaking I was very impressed. In addition I contacted the plumber and exterminator, again remotely and had them do the addition work that Ros-Elum recommended. <br /> Ros-Elum Services takes a personal intrest in their clients property, treating it as their own. Considering my situation Ros-Elum saved me money by my not having to be at the site to coordinate the cleaning. <br /> I highly recommend Ros-Elum Services."

"We are building a house for my folks, in our spare time. My husband and I had set most of our 22 trusses when the truck delivered them on 10-26-11. They were temporarily braced, we were going to set the few left and permanently brace them all the fallowing Sat. When I looked up at the house Sat. Morning, they were all laying down. We had a freak wind at around 3am, it blew about 40-50mph for about an hour during the night and blew them down. A couple of them were broken. There was no way that we would be able to stand them back up on our own. And now we would be so far behind, it felt very overwhelming. <br /> I spent most of the weekend trying to find a framing crew that could stand them back up without a crane truck. Most crews either couldn't or weren't available. I finally reach Butch with High Valley Construction. He said they could get to it within a couple days, man were we relieved, snow was coming soon! Not only were they able to do the job, but they did it so quickly that they were way under their estimate. This was such great news to us, as it alowed us to afford to have them go ahead and install all of the roofing material as well. We would have been so far behind the weather, if it weren't for their fast, efficient work. Thanks guys!!!! I am actually writing this a little before they are done, I miscalculated the number of flashing pieces that we needed. It won't be in until Wed., so they will finish up then. <br /> I would most definitely recommend them for your framing and roofing needs!"

"Lee is a master of his craft. His bid came in at budget and the job was finished before the estimated time line. Because he has a boutique business, he is hands on every day. He and his crew were at the house at 8am and worked until 4:30 M-F. They took the kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt it from there. All the cabinets are custom and they did a remarkable job installing them in our 50+ year home that has less than plumb walls. We had some electrical issues that he was able to troubleshoot and resolve. Some of the drywall had to be retextured and they matched it perfectly. The kitchen was remodeled around a double wall oven and the window was too large. They replaced the window with a smaller one and replaced the exterior siding to match existing finishes and paint. He coordinated his schedule with the subs for the flooring and quartz with scheduling and used those days to build our cabinets in his shop. Lee and his crew cleaned up at the end of each day. They are trustworthy, reliable and friendly. Will definitely use them for our next project."
