"The customer service was amazing! He help me out of an issue were another company I hire before him was a complete disaster. He came figure out how to fix my stairs and even waited to speak with the fire marshal to make sure his job would be approved. He started early in the morning and worked without taking a break. However, during his last visit (soffit repair) he left about 15 rusty nails lying around the work area. I stepped on one with my bare feet, got an infection and required a tetanus shot. I have asked him to return to do caulking and painting. So far, no reply."
