They performed an interior, exterior, and attic inspection, along with blower door and thermal camera inspection which showed temperatures of heat loss. Shortly after the audit was performed, Larry provided me with a 17-page Energy Audit Report which included the inspection results, recommendations, thermal images, and photographs of places we have never seen.  We scheduled the work to be completed immediately. The guys were very clean, respectful, and completed the work in a timely manner. Mike explained everything, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable. We noticed results that night! The rooms were warmer and our heat was not turning on or running constantly. We also noticed a MAJOR savings in our electric bill.  High Performance Home did a fabulous job! FYI - I had contacted 4 other companies (that I found on my own) and only one of them called me back and came out to look at the job. Then a week later he gave me a ball-park estimate (nothing in writing). His price was about the same as Prime Construction). So, I knew Prime’s price was on target. But, I went with Prime as I had constant and timely communication, a written estimate, and I felt that Agustin always had our best interests."
