"I recently contracted Victor to do a couple projects on my home and was very pleased with his work. I first needed roof cleaning services to remove some algae and stains that had built up on shaded and northerly exposed areas of my roof. Victor worked carefully and meticulously to fully clean the roof and restore it to good condition. I also needed repairs to the roof fascia and a section of aluminum siding that had been damaged by a fallen tree branch. Other contractors I spoke with claimed that I couldn’t repair just a section of the siding and would need to replace the entire wall to avoid a mismatch of old and new colors. However, Victor was able to remove the damaged section of siding, replace it with a new section and then paint the new siding with an exact match in paint color so that it was impossible to tell where the damage had been. I was very happy with the quality of Victor’s work and his willingness to figure out a way of inexpensively replacing and painting over the damaged parts of my siding. l would definitely recommend his services."

"Bait and Switchers. DO NOT RELY ON AN ON AN QUOTE FOR JOB THEY HAVEN"T SEEN! IN PERSON. I gave three electricians very explicit information to bid a job. Offered New Dawn opportunity to come make in person quote but they said they didn't need to. Two of three were very close but I picked New Dawn based on these reviews. I paid a $500 deposit and waited several weeks for the service and paid for someone ($200) to be at my house to meet them this morning. Technicians showed up and said they didn't have what was required to do project and "project was out of scope of quote because it required conduit". They were told up front verbally and in text exchanges conduit was required. In fact the text said "Conduit Obviously!". Spoke to Kelly who was one of the owners who confirmed she researched and saw the text exchange and notes but said the person who gave the quote had made an incorrect assumption and that they would not honor the quote and they would have to give me a new quote. When I challenged that (nicely) she hung up on me. Typical Florida scammers."

"We recently had Chesapeake Thermal come out to replace 12 windows and 2 patio doors (as well as cap a bay window.) Matt, Nancy, and John were super easy to work with to get a quote on the replacement of our original 30 yr windows. The turnaround time between initial deposit and installation was ~11 weeks; a timeframe likely impacted by the uncertainty of the ongoing pandemic. With regard to installation, Sang (and team) did a phenomenal job. They were able to finish most of the install in one day, with some additional capping work finished two days later. The difference in comfort between our original windows and replacements is dramatic. We've noticed our HVAC rarely turning on now, and the comfort across the various levels of our townhome seems to be considerably more stable. We were really impressed from start to end, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"On the 12th of March (2019) Fichtner Services came out to perform a gutter cleaning and tune up at my house, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. A crew of two members came out to perform the service, and were very thorough. I was amazed at how much dirt and debris accumulated in some of my gutters in a little over a year, even with gutter guards. There was one section in the back of my house (behind my garage), where it looked like someone took a flower pot and dumped wet potting soil into my gutters... :-) All gone now... What I also appreciate is the tune up that was performed. The crew discovered many of the gutters had little to no caulking and they addressed it all. They even addressed an issue I had at the back of my house (same spot I mentioned earlier, but where the garage section meets the main part of the house in the rear), which was a small gap between the gutter and the vinyl siding which- over the years- let water drip down on the ground, eventually creating a fairly deep hole in the near my foundation which I only discovered (and repaired) very recently. As for the gap above, the crew went above and beyond and installed kick flashing and caulked it well to ensure that the gap is no longer there. I'm so grateful to have a reputable home contractor like Fichtner Services in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Two years ago they gave me an amazing new roof, and have performed two gutter cleanings since then, including this one. If you're like me and don't like to climb ladders to get onto the roof to clean and tune up your gutters, just give Fichtner a call (or just give them a call anyway, even if you do like to climb ladders). They have an outstanding work ethic, and that is something you will see from the customer representative at the main office, to the crews who service your home. It gives you peace of mind.
