"I must admit, I had Unicorp replace all of the windows in our home with new vinyl energy efficient windows 10 or more years ago. Their installers were excellent. The quality of their windows were excellent. The proof in the pudding is that after 8 years not one of my windows has an air leak. Not one has leaked water. Not one window has had the vinyl or track break. In short, nothing has happened. Now that's a quality window! We also purchased a custom sliding glass door (in the kitchen to the deck) from Unicorp that to this day I believe is the best door in my entire home. That door is opened and closed constantly to let the cats in and out. If you own cats, you will understand how often that door is opened and closed on a daily basis. We have not had a single hiccup ever with that door. And in the winter, I sit right behind the door and no matter how cold or windy it is, I never feel a thing at the kitchen table. Because Unicorp did such a great job in replacing the windows in our home, my wife insisted that we use Unicorp to replace the roof last week. If you see my review on the roof, they did a 5 star job."

"Prompt service. Quoted a price of $800, which I thought was a little on the high side. I wasn't expecting to pay more than $500. The contractor said the price was higher because his workers would need to use extra safety gear due to the steep pitch of my roof. The workers showed up early the next day, went up to the roof with a ladder and began replacing shingles without any safety gear. The whole job took less than 30 minutes."

"The job required some additional plumbing work which was included at no additional cost.  The tile work is beautiful, and includes some unique detail that I would never have considered.  He installed new shower doors to replace the old shower curtain which added to the overall appearance of the room.  The materials used were first rate and construction techniques high quality.  Overall, we were very pleased with the finished product and believe we received high value for the price.  Walter is easy to deal with, dependable and reliable.  He made every effort to ensure we were happy with the finished product.  I plan to call him again for my next home renovation project.

Jose came out quickly and widened the opening so we could get our furnace serviced and our heat turned on. Jose returned and within 4 hours had the electrical outlet moved, new framing complete and painted, floor tile replaced, and new doors installed. "Chevy Chase Remodeling did an exterior renovation for us, including replacing our roof and siding, painting our house, replacing a window, and adding a new screened-in porch and patio in our backyard. They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. The owner, Steven, and all the subcontractors were friendly, easy to work with, and professional. It took a while, as we expected, but they worked overtime to complete on time the one part of the project we needed done by a certain date. And they did a great job overall--we are very pleased with the final results. The house looks totally remade and the porch and patio are just what we were hoping for. We recommend them!"
