"I contacted Chesapeake Roofing, Windows, and Siding about installing a new roof on my townhouse. The estimate I received was actually over $1,000 LESS than what my neighbors paid last year to have their roofs replaced by another local company. I signed the contact but was contacted by my HOA board shortly thereafter who said I needed to change the type of shingle I had put in my contact as it was not the approved shingle type for our community. Chesapeake Roofing, Windows, and Siding told me it was no problem to change the shingle type and quickly drafted me up a new contact to sign. Domenic and Kurt also kept me well informed about when my new roof would be installed as the original date had to be pushed back a few days due to rain. Domenic and his crew cleaned up very well after the roof was installed - my neighbor also told me she was impressed how well they cleaned up. There was a minor issue with some gunk from the gutters that was left on my neighbors siding, however, Kurt responded immediately when I called about this and the debris was power washed clean the next day. I would definitely recommend Chesapeake, Roofing, and Siding to anyone looking to have a new roof installed based on my positive experience!"

Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. "Extremely well from beginning to end. The written estimate (one of 3) was provided by David Rohrer on 11/25/19 a day or two after an on-time visit to determine my need, measure the windows and explain product choices as well as the process from start to end. After obtaining all 3 estimates, I chose Unicorp on 11/27/19 based on price, product (Vytex vinyl) and most importantly...past experience (Roof, Front Entry-way). The manufacturer's rep (Mike) came on 12/10/19 to measure more precisely and a mid-January 2020 installation was projected. Several calls to keep me updated were made by the installation team/manufacturer's scheduler and installation was scheduled for 01/22/20. The installation team was a 1/2-hour early (7:30am) and thereby was able to complete all the work on a sunny, mid-40 degree day with little wind as darkness closed in. The 3-man installation team team was professional, courteous and careful with both interior and exterior, landscaping, etc., and thoroughly cleaned up the premises, inside and out. The window installation also had to be timed with my home security vendor, both before and after installation and the window crew did was very careful to avoid creating problems. The windows look great, function as promised (mechanically and insulation-wise) and the +$18k was well spent. I highly recommend Unicorp for home energy services (windows, roofing, doors) and if I ever needed siding I would go with them again."

"Absolutely fantastic!  Home Matters Remodel is most exceptional.  They are a very professional and serious company (most definitely not cowboys! Yay!), caring and interested.  The contractor  took the time to explain issues that could arise, particularly with respect to replacing aluminum siding over asbestos, and worked out estimates to include worst case scenarios ? both of which none of the other companies that I have used over the past few years even came close to doing.  They even very kindly set up my rain barrel for me ? a last minute request; it has already been put to the test and is working very well indeed.
IAfter they were gone, I couldn't a single thing left behind, except for the excellent work they did.  
The labor and time everyone at Home Matters Remodel invested was well worth every penny I spent!

"ARHT Home Solutions just completed a series of home improvement projects that included replacing the entire roof of our home, installing new gutters, and painting our ceiling in the kitchen/living room/hallway and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of the work done on our home. My husband and I noticed some shadows appearing on our kitchen and living room ceilings and figured that our roof needed some repairs so after some searching on the internet, we ended up contacting ARHT Home Solutions for a quote on roofing, gutters, and interior home repair services. ARHT Home Solutions responded to our inquiry very quickly and well within a week, Michael and Whitman came out to inspect our roof and interior repair needs. They took the time to look at our roof from the outside and also inspected the decking from inside the attic to asses our roofing needs and to provide us with a quote for roofing services. In short and not unexpectedly, their recommendation was for a total roof replacement, not just roof repairs (our roof was already at least 15 years old and had a myriad of problems). Michael took the time to explain the issues he saw with our roof (in addition to its age) and what our roofing materials options were before providing a quote. At each step of the way, he made it a point to make sure that we were comfortable with continuing the conversation of going with ARHT Home Solutions to address our roof replacement and then he took the extra time to work through our financing options. He presented us with a reasonable quote and we agreed on the spot to go with ARHT Home Solutions. Michael took us through every single step of our roof replacement so that there were no surprises on the day it was scheduled to take place. He was on site with the roof replacement crew and sent us updates throughout the day, including videos that showed in what terrible shape our roof was in (it is a miracle the roof hadn't collapsed yet). And though two days were scheduled to finish the roof replacement, he and his wonderful crew had the roof completely replaced in one day, which was amazing because that meant we didn't have to stay in a hotel overnight with our son and newborn baby. They went above and beyond by trimming back branches on a tree in the front yard to help prevent any damage to the roof and cleared out insulation that was blocking an exhaust vent. They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards as well and when we returned home, you could barely tell anyone had been there at all. The interior repair work/ceiling painting was done two days later and the gentleman who came was very nice, quiet, and worked efficiently - he arrived early and was finished by mid-afternoon. He did an amazing job with the requested repair work and then painting everything. The gutters were installed the following week and the team that arrived were also here on time and installed the gutters in what seemed like record time. All of the work was completed within 2-3 weeks of our signing a work contract with ARHT Home Solutions and everything was done in a professional manner. The personal attention to detail and constant check-ins by Michael and all of the crews was very refreshing and extremely reassuring that our home was in good hands. This has been by far the best home improvement project experience we could have asked for and because Michael took the time to explain the possibility of any additional costs and kept us updated on every step of the roof replacement, there were no surprises. Thankfully, everything went to plan and the costs stayed within the original quote.
