"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold.  In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right.  Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it.  That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding.  He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art.  Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace.  They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable.  Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky.  My counters are a work of art.

"Mike and his team were wonderful for our home in Maryland! (Old address was Arlington.) Anyway, our situation was a bit complicated, but our original kitchen designer didn't include granite for our large kitchen windowsill, which was a focal point for our kitchen. We originally thought we would be okay with putting a wood windowsill there, but as the remodel was drawing to a close, we realized this was a big mistake and had to be remedied. Our contractor gave us Mike's number and I am so glad we chose him to install our stone windowsill! Mike and his team were able to secure granite from the same lot number in the yard as the original granite that was used for the rest of the countertops, and they made the windowsill edges match the other countertops perfectly! We were so happy! Also, we realized after the windowsill was installed that the original fabricator for the rest of the countertops put our backsplashes in backwards in one spot of the kitchen, and Mike and his team came back a second time to fix their mistake. They went above and beyond expectations and even put in brand new backsplashes with the extra material from our slab to make the backsplashes more seamless and better aligned with our kitchen window! His prices seemed very fair and reasonable, and his customer service was excellent, very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to use At Home Countertops again!"
