They showed us various types of stones and composite deck materials. They build the decks and their team was excellent. After they were finish with the deck, another team came to build the patio, they were excellent as well. I would highly recommend them if you want a deck or patio. "I'm very pleased with Ted Naydan. He explained/showed me his credentials/license before starting. He took the time to show me all information from start to finish. I went to Patio Enclosures and Ted gave me a tour of the Sun-Rooms & the place of business at Patio Enclosures. He worked with me on a budget that I could afford on getting my room. "Reliable Property Solutions LLC is an excellent company. We had a major home renovation completed at a very reasonable cost. The renovation included every room in our home from the attic to the basement. We were able to have our 1st floor change to the open concept, and a powder room was also added to our 1st floor layout. A fourth bedroom was installed in our renovated basement. Believe me every inch of our home was renovated. There was not a room that did not receive some type of renovation. It s just like we re living in a brand new home. From the start to the finish we experience outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service that went beyond our expectation. Our needs for this major renovation was thoroughly discussed which included the design, construction, a detailed breakdown cost of labor and materials. All questions were thoroughly answered. Our newly renovated home is gorgeous and breathtaking. We have received so many compliments from people who have visit or seen pictures of our home. We have referred them to Reliable Solutions Property LLC. We have established an excellent relationship, and is looking forward to them returning for our final project which is installing our backyard deck and vinyl fence. We have already received a proposal from them. If you re looking for quality work, service, professionalism, and timeliness then I highly recommend you contacting Reliable Property Solutions LLC. "We needed to replace a Peachtree hinged patio door that provides access to our walk out basement. We have used AES for 5 remodeling projects over the past 5 years and they have always done excellent work. So, I called Dave Hill, our salesman at AES. Dave came out to the house promptly to take a look at the door and give us an estimate. He recommended a ProVia door as the best value. Mark, their door installer, came out to take measurements. The door was delivered to the house and Mark came out to do the install. The original door was a non-standard size and an unusual install. The only way the new door was going to fit was if they removed the inside drywall, floor tile and vinyl floor around the door, installed the door and then replaced everything. Mark was willing and able to do the work but after more discussion we agreed that the job was getting out of hand. AES ordered a seconds door (at no cost to us) that could be installed from the outside. Mark came out a second time and installed the door in about 5 hours. The new door fits perfectly. The inside finishing work looks great and the outside is well sealed and looks great."
