Chance, their crew leader arrived with the truck containing the windows and immediately did an inventory as the crew was arriving, and making sure all windows and tools were on hand. Chance advised they would have all windows installed in one day. Based on the number of the crew they made fast work of the installation. Each worker knew the task at hand and completed all the installation and clean up by end of the day. We did a walk around with Chance looking for any issues or problems we could find. Chance and crew advised their office on the completion. The crew did a great job and every window was installed correctly. I would recommend their company, crew and sales people. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
