"Alex removed our existing concrete patio, installed a paver patio, and rebuilt a stone wall. He and his crew were courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, paying great attention to detail. Alex was also very accommodating, meeting us at a stone yard to help pick out materials. We highly recommend Alex Masonry and would definitely hire them again."

"I am a multi repeat customer over the past 5 years or so…. Need I say more? I have nothing but high praise for his honesty and knowledge of his trade. No, I am not being paid for this. He has done my patio. 2 walkways, my front stop and replaced my entire chimney. You won’t be sorry you hired him"

"Leonard and his crew did a magnificent job rebuilding a set of stone steps topped with concrete slab and repairing a field stone foundation wall that water had damaged. He and his crew are both skilled artisans and artists. He is polite, honest, and hard-working, and his services, quite reasonably priced, are worth every penny spent. Hire this man."

"They were wonderful! The best price of the 4 contractors we contacted. The only contractor that understood our desire to reuse the existing bricks. They arrived promptly, worked hard all day and left the area as clean as they found it. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again in a minute!"

"JOB: Brick wall/planter deconstruct and rebuild...no changes to the design. Mike was friendly initially and we had good communication...until we did not. We thought he was more experienced as a mason, but now we are not so sure. He made rookie mistakes, never completed the job, and now the mortar has cracked. I am not in the habit of posting reviews (good or bad) but I could not let this go. All Mike had to do for our job to be complete was the waterproofing. We have had holidays and bad weather since he finished the bulk of the work, but there have been multiple opportunities. We asked him the product he uses so my husband can complete this job, he never responded. We feel stupid for giving the final payment before the job was complete. Sadly, we trusted that he would come back. I even gave him a tip as it was before the holidays. It is difficult to find trustworthy contractors these days. We wish Mike no ill will, but cannot recommend his work."

"Excellent result. Wall looks better than before the damage. Professionally done - no issues at all. Highly recommend - will have them back in the Spring for some additional work."

"They are the best, came by the house gave me a price that was very fair and didn't ask for anything up front. James who is the owner stated to me "when I finish the job you pay me, if your not happy don't pay me" I have not met a contractor like this man in a very long time. James and his crew showed up on time and actually finished a day ahead of schedule I couldn't be happier. Anyone looking for patio work or cement work this is the company to contact you will not be disappointed."

"Great family business!! They did an extensive pool wall repair and full deck replacement. We were very happy with their work and would recommend them to our friends. My wife and I would definitely use them again!"

"The whole crew from Encore was extremely friendly and professional with us on our project. They provided us with the background information on the installation process of our retaining wall that gave me the utmost confidence in the quality of their work. They made sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the project both aesthetically and structurally, and they completed the project extremely efficiently. We now have a beautiful retaining wall and a flat and usable back yard full of green grass! I would absolutely work with Encore in the future."
