"Went well. They came out and estimated the job and then arrived when they said they would got it done. Very please with the materials and workmanship. Only reason I gave them a B for quality is that a corner fence post has warped about 3-4 inches - but I can't blame them for that."

"From the moment I met Jose he was professional, following up on the appointment date and time. When I arrived we discussed the details as he took notes on exactly what I wanted. With 15 minutes I had a detailed quote and Jose clearly explained the contracting and payment options. I passed the quote on to my kids who currently do not live in state. Jose answered all their questions and sent photos of the materials they use. Upon contracting, Jose kept in touch with installation details and timing. He was able to start and finish the product much sooner than anticipated. He was present when installation started and proudly introduced his son who owns the business and does the work with helpers. This insured quality control throughout. The installation was done as expected and the project was finished in less than 2 days despite excessive heat conditions. Upon completion detailed photos were sent to me and the home owners. Our expectations were exceeded. This is a company with integrity and pride in their work. Communications were excellent. "The process was seem less.  After visiting their manufacturing site,  I chose the style fencing that I was interested in. Steve came out to my house and took measurements at which point we made some changes in the style. He accommodated us without  any trouble. After the fence was complete, he and his crew came out to fit it before the powder coating process commenced. They installed it yesterday, 3/30/16, and it look s great !!"

"It went great!   Glen and his wife Lisa came out and took measurements, and then created drawings needed to get approval from the town for the permits.   Extensive work was done and it took a couple months in total.    We had them building two dormers and a balcony, reroof the home, install tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, install windows, and then paint inside and out.   It was a complicated process but Glen managed things well.  He has a good crew of workers.   We have referred North American Building to other people with similar results!

He wasn't lowest price but I liked his description of the problem and work to be done, and materials he'd use; my impression was that he'd do quality work (better than the others I had quote), which he did. 
Once I hired him and we agreed on a time to start, he was there right on time.
Got the job done fast and done right. Showed me what he did when he was done.
I'd definitely hire him again if I need work done.

"Unprofessional. didn't bother to remove few stickers from the walls and painted on top of them. Also didn't protect ceiling with the tape and left some paint marks on the ceiling.
