Our house is small but the upper floor's roofline is very high off the ground; the installer had to go up on an extended ladder to reach it, but the gutters are flush against the building all around. "From the moment we met with Cole, president of C&T Siding, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.  We got three bids for the project and Cole's bid was the most organized, so we felt confident that he had thought through all the details of the project (other bids left out costs).  All three bids came in with a pretty similar price range, so we really made our choice based on our confidence that C&T would do the job right.  Leading up to the project,  Cole came to our house many times bringing samples of woods and stains, ensuring that the new construction would perfectly match the original work in our house.  Cole arrived before his crew on the first day of  the three-day project to ensure things started smoothly.  The crew were super courteous and professional.  They took great care of our house during construction.  Every time there was an issue that might alter the original construction plan (pipes in unexpected places within a wall) the crew talked with us and made sure that any changes were acceptable to us.  The workers were efficient and made extra effort to finish the project on time, with one worker even coming in on the weekend to do some painting so it would be dry and ready for trim work on Monday.  The final project is gorgeous!  The work they did looks amazing -- no one would ever guess that our house was not built this way originally.  And we love the results!  We are enjoying our more open home and the added light brought in by the new windows.  We have other projects we want done in future (new deck, possibly a screened porch) and we will definitely hire C&T Siding.  We highly recommend them! <br />"

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "The work went extremely well and turned out better that expected. We had the stone around the gas fireplace replaced with river rock and also had the fireplace itself replaced. Larry, the project manager, did a fantastic job putting the rock in place, making sure that the stones had the right look. While the job took a little longer than originally anticipated, the wait was well worth it. Both Larry and his assistant Brian also made sure to clean up everyday, especially before a weekend, so that we were not put out. They also did a great job building our new linen closet. There is a long hallway on our second floor, and with Mike's help, decided on taking out a portion to build the closet. It only took a few days, and when it was completed, it actually looked like it should have been there all along. Great job. There were also a couple of other minor projects that the team did a great job completing, including building better quality steps in the garage, fixing a couple of doors that were not closing properly, and completing a caulking job left over from the previous owners. All executed extremely well,"

"Mark was very professional during the estimate process and did not offer "discounts if you sign with me tonight, type stuff". The main thing that steered us towards the Parco window that he installs is the fact that the old windows are completely removed, unlike a replacement window which using the existing casing. This is what we were looking for because all the old window is removed, whereas other companies wrap old wood with aluminum. This process ensures proper insulation around the new windows, without the cost of installing new construction windows. Our cost included 6 normal size windows, a picture window and a patio door. We had some added cost over the original estimate because we added grids to the patio door, picture window and kitchen window. We also switched from sliders to double hung so they are rather large windows. We had a couple small issues that Mark noticed during the install and I came home one day to find the factory rep onsite to take care of the problems. Something that would never happen if I hadn't have chosen a contractor that installed locally made windows. (I live in Chippewa Falls and the windows are made in Eau Claire) Likewise, these windows are guaranteed for life which also transfers to new owners of the house. Last but definately not least, I always had a condensation problem with my old windows, this year the worst I ever got was maybe an inch of moisture on the bottom of the windows and never any ice, so it was very easy to clean up on a vinyl window compared to our old wood windows which used to have alot of mold. Also, keep in mind, window manufacturers do not guarantee their windows will not have condensation buildup because it all depends on the humidity levels of the house."

We tweaked it over the next couple weeks and proceeded with the build.</p> <p>The build went smoothly.
