"Ryan, one of their technicians, came to the house a day after I contacted them. I accepted their proposal and they gave me several options for days to schedule the work. On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated. I would recommend this company."

He got back to me in a couple of hrs when going through Angie.very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. I live in a mobile home and some of the fittings I had to end up having someone that knew what they were doing to come in and fix the piping since it’s not like a normal house. I had to have him replace a water valves underneath the sink that was leaking while he was here. I had him do the sinks in both bathrooms. It only took him a little bit over an hour to fix the job. Nate did everything from replacing seating straps on porch furniture to replacing screen panels on our screened porch to changing front door hardware to replacing toilet seats to replacing screened porch light fixtures to taking down a wall mounted TV (and the mounting device) to moving furniture, to replacing all door stops, to setting a hinge pins on doors to running an errand to Lowe's, etc, etc. His attitude was great. "When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.
