So at the end, we paid $75 total for unclogging the drain, for which our usual go-to contractor (ABC Sewer & Drain Cleaning) would have charged us a flat rate of $100. Overall, still a good deal, but not so much if we had paid full price."

I thought he did a wonderful job. I was trying to figure out how to turn the water off in my condo. I found a lever and it didn't turn. It had been broken. He was able to manipulate it so that it didn't need to be replaced. He showed me what to do so I wouldn't have to call him back. I would give him an A for all of the service questions, but for the follow up questions I would give him an F."
