"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. "They checked with the manufacturer to make sure they were getting the right parts for the repair, then scheduled the repair once they received them. The tech fixed properly in one shot, and the company had very good customer service and communication! They are my new go-to appliance repair company. But I'm still hoping I won't need them lol!"

"Our 20 year old water heater stopped working and we scrambled to find a repair person who could come and fix it same day. Cold showers are not fun lol. We called Joe and asked if he could replace the water heater today. He came by our house, looked at the water heater, and recommended replacing it. He showed us some options from Home Depot. We decided on one. He went to Home Depot to pick it up, came back, and installed it same day! He also charged us half the price our local plumber quoted us. We highly recommend Joe!"
