"Everything was good. Everything they did was to my satisfaction. The carpet is clean. They didn't do like a spectacular job but they cleaned what they could and they told me that the rest of the stuff didn't come out. The service they performed was good overall."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"We used OCM weekly for about a month. I had several different "teams" clean for us. 1 team really impressed me & worked very well together. I asked Lety if we could schedule this team for every cleaning. Lety was pleased to accommodate my request. My "team" comes every other week - they do a fantastic job! They are willing to accomadate my changes & requests easily - they work hard & always stay within my budget. I cannot say enough good things about this company - I am a very happy customer! "The housecleaning was long term and I was fairly happy with the service as the cleaners were reliable, punctual, and the service was not overly expensive. There were, however many ongoing problems. The cleaners changed continuously, and the quality and thoroughness of the cleaning changed alongside the cleaners. Some were rude, others were on their phones all the time. I did tolerate this as the service was fair overall. There were a lot of expensive breakages over a short period of time which is why I finally ended the service. Management took no accountability for the breakages and no reimbursement was forthcoming. I found this attitude unprofessional. The carpet and tile cleaning was not good. The carpets did not look, feel, or smell clean and the tiles quickly became discolored even though they were supposedly sealed. I would not recommend this company."

This is a owner /operator not for profit cleaning business with sub contractor to do other work schedule outside of cleaning and maintaining residential /commercial buildings. pay is $20.00 an hour with a minimum of four hours.pay is scheduled the same day of service usually leaving check or cash in owner s name (my name)at place of clean.All people /sub contracting are drug tested and checked for any criminal activities.

"We've had Achterberg Floors restore our floors twice. When we first moved here, 25 years ago we had water damage. He repaired our factory finished hardwood. His work was amazing!!!!!! The floors were beautiful. After removing the baked on finish, I was amazed at the beautiful grain we were now able to see!!!! Recently, he and Heathe came in and updated our 25 years of worn floors. There vas no dust while sanding!!!! They were very careful with my furnishings and very meticulous about their efforts to give us absolutely beautiful floors! I definitely give them an A+++ for the quality work they do! After finishing our hardwood, they tackled all our floors upstairs. They did a wonderful job of putting down a Floating(?) wood looking vinyl floor. Everything was cut to fit just perfectly. I hope you will choose to go with Achterberg Floors. I PROMISE you won't be disappointed!!!!!"
