"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I thought I was getting something professional but ended up charging my grandmother an elder for a huge job that did not need to be done and costed us thousands, then when a plumbing company close to the family came by and told us what we needed but jd service now looked over they put so much pressure to my pressure tank that if I didn't have an overflow valve put on my pressure tank it would have blew up my entire brand new pressure tank but did bust pipes under my house. They from the start told me I had to get a brand new wire case put in under my well in order for us to have water when in actual fact all we needed was them to put a wire from pressure tank to our breaker box from the start not dig and put all this in but even after all the stuff we were told we had to do they still forgot to wire that wire from tank you breaker and because of that we have so much damage now. They came an fixed one pipe and put the wire in. I was told they would give some of the money back to my grandmother since we did not need this 5,000$ job at first all we needed was a couple hundred dollar job and would have been fixed. But they knew we had no idea at first about any of the stuff. So they told us we had to put all new stuff in an put a new breaker box in. A friend of family came bc we noticed we had a pipe busted. He knew then what jd service had done and told us then and tried to talk to them his self. Manager realized what happened and sent a project manager to talk and he was a good talker said they would fix the pipe busted for free and the wire they missed from start ???? For free um we just paid 5,000$ for something we did not need and they admitted to mistake. However I can not get a response about a refund of some kind. Going to take action next. I would NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE 100%"
