"Stephan and his team were professional, on time, priced fair, protected the house well, and the removal of old/install of new attic insulation went very smooth. I requested they spread the work over 2 days in order to have electrical done in between, and they were able to accommodate that request. The electrician commented that they did a good job not disturbing existing electrical during the removal of old insulation. The result of the new insulation is a much more comfortable and efficient home. All in all, I would hire again, great job."

"I called to set up a free consultation and was promptly met at the agreed upon time. We discussed my desires and how to achieve my project goals. I was given a quote and agreed upon the price for the garage work to be done the following week when I was free. The spray foam and "drill and fill" have been awesome! I have a 24K BTU AC unit in the garage that was unable to keep the temps low as there was so much heat in the garage all day. After the insulation was done it can hold the temps at 70F in the garage while barely turning on during the day. The attic above the garage tops out at 85F when it was over 110F outside, just amazing. We had them do a home energy audit and found that there were plenty of leaky areas in the attic and the insulation was 15 years old and about an R-10 level. It needed some serious work so we agreed to have it topped off with new fiberglass insulation. The guys came out and did and amazing job bringing me up to R-39 as well as keeping the house very clean while doing it. On both days they cleaned up after themselves and took great care of my house. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that could use more insulation!"

"Ace had installed an A/C unit for me about 7-8 years ago and that was the unit that broke down. The good: The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He was very helpful in helping me get this covered by my home warranty company. The bad: 1) Tech showed up 5 to 6 hours later than originally scheduled. I don't have a problem with that but needed to put a bad grade on it. 2) The office was difficult to work with in getting their cooperation in working with my home warranty company. Their policy is that they do not work with home warranty companies. Eventually they were cooperative given that I was paying for the services and that my home warranty company would reimburse me. 3) The pricing was outrageous in my opinion. I paid $950 for 2 capacitors, a spliced wire and about 1 to 1.5 hours of labor. I understand there is a bunch of overhead cost and labor costs, however, $950 seems to be excessively high. Fortunately my home warranty company covered this cost. In summary, I was mostly disappointed in the high cost given that I was a previous customer. I was also disappointed with the difficulty I had in getting them to cooperate with my home warranty company when there was no risk of financial payment to Ace. I will not use Ace for any of my homes in the future."

"Within 5 minutes of entering the inquiry on Home Advisor, I got a call from Good Attic. They came out the next day (Friday) for an inspection/estimate. Two days later I had an email quote. We agreed on an attic restoration (removal, sanitation, spot sealing, blow in new insulation to R60). The job was done Wednesday and Thursday, leaving no trace afterwards. Austin, Brad, and Tyler were very professional and thorough. Two thumbs up (if I had more, they’d be up). I highly recommend Good Attic if you need this service done."

"The price was affordable and Jake was great to work with. He came out and accessed my attic insulation, answered all my questions and gave me a quote the next day. Vacuum crew took two 6 hours days and the spray foam crew took one 7 hour day. Both crews were on time each day. The cleanup could have been just a little more detailed but was okay., noticed the difference it temperature the first night and since have hardly run the heater. Great job, very satisfied and great product. One thingâ ¦be aware the product is so good it expands and will stick to everything. If you have recessed or Can lighting in the attic, they try their best to block the foam from getting on the lights inside the attic but they can only do so much.,the foam will expand through every little minute crack and crevice and in some cases push the recessed lighting out a little. In no way is that a reflection on the company but the product. They did come back to fix it all and make sure itâ s all flush to the ceiling to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend IFoam."
