"I had a complete blockage in 57 year old plumbing with very outdated configuration making it nearly impossible to get to the clog. I had a different company out first. Their technician spent 3 hours, trying very hard, then decided they couldn't fix it without digging up the slab. Reddi Services sent a technician who spent 3 hours, followed by a second technician who spent another 3 hours. They were both terrific, consulting with their supervisor, trying different things. The first technician from Reddi Services was Brent (didn't get his last name). He was pleasant, answered my questions, explained what and why, and worked very hard. The second technician was Ben Aguilar. He was also terrific for the same reasons, and spent another 3 hours working on the problem which he finally solved successfully! I was resigning myself to having to dig up the floor when his sheer determination saved me thousands of dollars! An additional bonus - both technicians were very good about face covering and physical distance. Hats off to Reddi Services!"

"Al called ahead and was on time. My request was to resolve the immediate need. He evaluated the situation and recommended a course of action given the age of the house and cast iron pipes. He rootered the pipe under the sink to resolve the slow draining kitchen sink. He pulled the toilet, removed the oleander roots, took a look at the pipe with a camera, and reset it with a waxless seal. He shared maintenance tips and recommended future improvements for a long term solution which I will apply in the future."

"Plumber Scottin McCabe of George Brazil Home Services performed the repairs as listed above. He did a full inspection of the plumbing in my old house and made several recommendations. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and why. When he finished replacing my hot water heater drainage port he showed me the old part, corroded and full of sediment.Most remarkably, he spotted the problem of excessively high water pressure...something no plumber in twenty years had brought to my attention. Before he installed the valve he showed me the reading on the gauge he used to measure the pressure.He even took time to caulk a bathtub to prevent water damage. Everything he did was done with the highest level of professionalism. Mr. McCabe worked neatly and quickly, obviously knowledgeable about plumbing. "We were told by Fidelity National Home Warranty, who hired this provider that they would be at our home on Thursday, October 30, 2014 to perform the check on the gas leaks and make repairs where needed.  We got a call from their plumber, who informed us that they would be out to our residence that morning around 8:30 AM.  We waited all day, and finally decided to call their office, and where told that they had a plumbing emergency and would still come out to our residence.  Finally, the plumber did show up, but it was late at around 5:00 P.M. to again inform us that there was an emergency he had to attend to, and would come back on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at around 8:00 A.M.  This left us three days without gas, so far.
Saturday came, no-call and no-show, until we finally made a call to the emergency number to find out what was going on!  After we called to inquire about his whereabouts on Saturday, he finally showed up at around 2:00 P.M.  He did checked the furnaces, fireplace and appliances, and did find a leak under the counter top stove.  He fixed the leak.  He then did a pressure check at the meter, and found that it did not hold pressure.  He stated that there might be a leak behind the walls in the house.  We reminded him that the gas lamp at the end of our driveway was found to be leaking gas also, but according to Fidelity National Home Warranty, this would have to be handled independently by the homeowner.   We were told he would get back with us on Monday, November 3, 2014. As of today, we haven't heard from Veteran Plumbing and Drain.  We have had to track them down during this whole process!  They didn't call and let us know that they were not going to show up or would be late!  We have had to call every time to find out our status with them.  We still don't have our gas turned back on, because they never followed-up!  I did pay the service fee of $65.00 due them.   We have just been stood up!  We are now six days without gas!

"I called American Discount Plumbing to install a under the sink garbage disposal for me in the kitchen.I called Pavel on Monday and he came over to assess the situation and got an idea of what he had to get in materials etc and he came over Tuesday morning and did my job.A matter of fact he called me and asked me if he could come over a little early and that was really helpful!He got started promptly and took out all the old plumbing and had to install all new plumbing because my plumbing wasn't set up for a garbage disposal.He got it all in and checked for leaks and made sure everything was working properly. He even put in a new drain on the other side for no extra charge! He put all of his garbage in a plastic bag and cleaned up after himself.I have not one negative comment about the quality of service i got.Pavel is a quality oriented professional and he's great on the price too! He's the only plumber i have in my phone book.
