"My experience with Flame Furnace today was excellent. Had an air duct cleaning company out today and after their job was done, the furnace would not work. The home temp was down to 52 degrees. Called Flame and they sent out Brad, who was absolutely awesome. He did a diagnostic evaluation and determined it was a loose wire, most likely due to the air duct vacuums and hoses.
