I like the company. I think that they are professional and do their work well. Unfortunately, the company that made the air conditioner would not warrant it so I had to pay the repairs out of my pocket.

The price, I checked with another company and they were $2300 so I think $800 beats that. For having them replaced the evaporator coil, I think that was okay. I have a service contract with them.

They were booked with appointments and the first opening they had was on Sept. 29th, but they said if they could fit us in before then they would contact us. Well they called at noon on the 24th and said they could fit us into their schedule and were out at the house at 1:30PM on the 24th.
