Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Elverta, CA

"Our landscaping in Menlo Park needed a complete refresh. The team replaced thirsty plants with drought-tolerant options that still provide plenty of color and curb appeal. We're using much less water without sacrificing appearance."

"Great job, conscience, timely and complete. Worked like a champ."

"Could not have gone better. William and his two sons were so good, so professional, and did top notch quality work. They listened to me well and executed perfectly. They started when they said they would and ended when they said they would. Their invoicing was detailed, clear, and professional. William also doesn’t try to rip you off like the 10 other deck contractors that I got bids from before I was lucky enough to find him. I am constantly working with contractors in my business and I have been telling everyone I can about this company because they are fair, timely, and do the absolute highest quality work. I also loved how William focuses on ways to keep costs down for the homeowner and the hoops he jumps through just to, for example, install a very nice railing system at a reasonable cost. Also important to his success is he ONLY DOES DECKS. THIS IS YOUR DECK GUY!"

Vlad on the wonderful execution on building the Covered Patio & Sunroom & all the electrical work. Mike on multiple projects. Carlos on the porcelain tiles. Scott & Abe for hearing us out on our concept of what we needed & addressing our concerns. We highly recommend California Sunrooms, their products & the individuals above. "Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."
