"Dave was running late for our appointment but informed me that he would be late but would be here. He arrived, took dryer apart. Informed me that the motor was going, it was over heating and would not start. Told me the cost of the replacement motor. The motor is still commonly used in many newer models so he had it in stock in his truck. He replaced the motor. The door switch was going which controls the inside light and stops the drum spin when door is opened. Told me the cost of replacing it, which he did. Informed me that a belt was starting to fray and what to watch for. I told him to replace it but he said he didn't have that belt with him. I told him to order one and to come back and replace it. He checked the washer for me because I wanted to make sure it was in good working order. It was, only thing I needed was one control knob which I knew was stripped. He'll replace it when he comes back. I would call Dave back for any appliance repair I would need in the future."
