"I contacted several window cleaning companies for an estimate, and Steven responded that day with a phone call and was out to my house the next day to do a quote.  The other providers were several days to a week to respond and provide a quote.  Since the quote was competitve with the others, and I had been impressed with his responsiveness and communication, I went with Twin City Window Cleaning for the job.  He was very flexible on scheduling - even came out on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule.  Steven arrived right on time and did a very thorough job on the window cleaning - they look amazing!!  I also had some questions on gutter cleaning (another service provided by the company), so he checked them out while he was here and said they didn't need to be cleaned.  Overall, I am very pleased."

"John was professional, responsive and above all else very skilled at his trade.  We got off to a slow start at first, but John was upfront about his backlog of exterior work and needed to take advantage of good weather days in order to accomodate previous commitments.  He had hoped to have a crew come in and be done with our rather large job in just a couple days, but instead of rescheduling and delaying further, he came in and did the entire job himself!!  He was quick, efficient and did what it took to get it done!  He completed the project in just over 4 days!!  He kept the work space clean and tidy.  Which I thought was impressive considering we were painting the entire main level of our house.  He was also very considerate of the fact that we have two small children.  Even taking the time to entertain my 2 year olds barrage of questions! <br /> As for cost, given the amount of work done, the high quality materials he used and efficiency with which the job was completed, I'd say it was a bargain!! <br /> We will definitely use John and Absolute Painting for ALL of our future painting projects! <br />"
