My technician arrived, did some troubleshooting, and ultimately did a careful inspection of the parts, one by one. At the end of the visit, the washer was working perfectly. I regret not getting my technician s name because I thought he was meticulous and thorough. Luckner is written on the card but I m not sure if that is his name. Anyway, I was pleased with the service and really happy to have a working dishwasher again."
