"If I could give it zero stars I would. Rude, unprofessional kids with a shop vac. They. Active. Dryer is now broken. Sketchy that the kids who came posed as Charles Edwards, the supposed owner. Did not feel safe. Do not recommend at all. New company came and agreed they did nothing and did damage to my dryer."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have come to my home to "fix" my AC unit the past 3 weeks. Each time they "found" another problem, and up charged me each time. I am now sitting in a 90 degree home with 4 toddlers, after there 4th attempt to "fix" my unit. I will be contacting the BBB , and requesting a refund so my AC unit can be fixed through another company. This company does not care about anyone's wellbeing/health and is money hungry... called them 8 times today and I believe they are ignoring my calls at this point."

"Technician by the name of Corey came to my house on 11/19/21. He was definitely on time. Very courteous. Pleasant attitude. Did an excellent job. This is definitely a professional company. Nothing but the best. Woild definitely recommend to someone and will definitely call them again. Was very pleased with their svc. Corey was awesome so kind. Was pleased with the price also. "Our A/C wasn’t working, so one of their techs came out about a week ago. He gave us a laundry list of all sorts of things that were wrong with our unit. He said that we could repair it but since the unit is in such rough shape, he didn’t know how long the repairs would last before our unit went out again. The lowest we got quoted to fix all these “problems” was $3400. We got a second opinion from a different company who said that the only thing wrong with our unit was the compressor. He got our A/C up and running within 15 minutes. He said our unit is in good shape but it could use a really good maintenance cleaning. I asked this man if there were any major problems with our unit like ARS told us there was, and he said that our pan could use a good cleaning but other than that our unit was in great shape. This different company also knew we were in a rough patch financially and we were able to get our A/C up and running for $250 instead of the outrageous quotes we got from ARS. I understand that unfortunately companies like ARS just like to scam people to get more money but I’m extremely disappointed in the straight lies we were told that were wrong with our unit. I would never recommend ARS to anyone in North Carolina. ARS I hope you learn from your mistakes and stop trying to scam people."

"I purchased an a/c inspection and yearly plan and given the ok for 3 a/c units (needed coolant and paid extra) Then system stopped working, called for repair. Got repair and paid for more service. Next a/c stopped working and froze pipes and damaged walls inside of my home. Charged $650 to fix for the 3rd time. Please don't use this company. They literally have no idea how to fix air conditioners. Went from everything is OK to $1000 in damage in 2 weeks!"
