As it turned he (Mark Henderson), the electrician pointed out while checking my electrical panel of something that could be gave down the road. "Our first encounter with Ragsdale was late last summer, around August. We have had problems with both our upstairs and downstairs units over the past four years, and we were finally fed up and wanted the upstairs unit replaced. Ben came out, diagnosed the problem, and quoted us for the replacement of the unit. The price was more than reasonable, considering we had paid three other companies over the two years prior to "fix" different issues. The unit was promptly installed and immediately worked like a champ. At that time, our downstairs unit was functional.

Fast forward to this year, Ragsdale put in multiple calls, emails, and even a mailed letter to us reminding us of the routine maintenance that was due on our upstairs unit.
