"We contracted with TopStar to do siding replacement and painting of the house exterior. Hector, the project manager, was great to work with. He worked the project schedule around our needs and stayed in constant contact with us before and during the project. Both the siding and painting crews were excellent. There were professional, highly skilled, very hard workers, and maintained a clean worksite. We changed scope in the middle of the project (decided to paint the house's brickwork) and they accommodated that change easily. In fact, the whole project went much faster than we had expected. "Until recently, I would have recommended Power to everyone for window. I had windows in stalled in 2012 and have had some replaced due to the seal leaking an making the windows look dirty. I did not have to pay for the replacements, as there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY on them. I called again in February, due to more window having the same seal leak. I was then informed that it would cost me $188/window pane to be replaced. WHAT??????????? I am the original owner of the windows and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY on these. WHY the heck do I have to pay MORE money for these windows that have a LIFETIME WARRANTY????? I called the manufacturer of the windows and explained to them what the issue was. I was told that Power never filed the warranty with the manufacturer. When I contacted Power about this, they said that their warranty was for LABOR, and the manufacturer no longer makes these windows, so the $188 is for a design change (or something like that).
