"RV and storage pole barn. Work was excellent, and Blair was wonderful to work with. No problems."

"The team at Parks construction was amazing! We have a 30 ft. high, 800 square foot deck that required some cross and vertical beams to be replaced due to dry rot. Jessup Parks the owner was on the job every day and tended to the job as if it was his own deck. What I liked best is Jessup did a thorough inspection of the entire deck and informed us of some other trouble spots needing repair but every repair was at a reasonable cost. He is solution-based and provides various options for the repairs. We are very grateful for Jessup and his team to repair our deck and for taking on such a challenging job considering the height involved. We highly recommend Parks Construction."

"Very nice guy and great work."

"My husband & I are delighted with the team that helped us get our dream sun & garden room and our covered patio. The team that worked with us deserves special mention for their work ethics & competence. They were so wonderful to work with & had high integrity. Miguel on the large, extensive concrete work. Vlad on the wonderful execution on building the Covered Patio & Sunroom & all the electrical work. Mike on multiple projects. Carlos on the porcelain tiles. Scott & Abe for hearing us out on our concept of what we needed & addressing our concerns. We highly recommend California Sunrooms, their products & the individuals above. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Happy customers, Lucy & Praveen Chaddha"

"The crew did a great job. They worked hard all day. I did not see them slacking around or wasting time. The grass and Pavers look great."

"I'm a single senior lady and his professionalism and courtesy put me at ease. Very good at communicating what needed to be done, and why. Respectful of property, he laid down protective materials prior to tearing out the old floor. My new floor looks great I'm very pleased with the work. Thank you Mark!"

"Paul was Great! Gave me a fair quote and did a fantastic job. He not only did the shower tile with a niche, but he was able to install a new shower valve, all copper pipe and raised the shower head. When we did our other bathroom tub/shower with a different contractor we had to hire a plumber to replace these items. Also, as part of his quote he installed the new shower door. We are looking to hire Paul to do other projects. Highly recommend him."

"Great service, everything exceed expectations."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"I recently worked with Sidex Siding & Decking, and my experience was absolutely top-notch! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. A huge shoutout to Russ, who was fantastic throughout the entire project. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and made sure everything was done perfectly. His expertise and hands-on approach made a big difference, ensuring that the work was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. The deck they built is sturdy, well-designed, and looks amazing. The materials they used were high-quality, and the craftsmanship was evident in every detail. Sidex truly cares about delivering the best results, and it shows in their work. If you’re considering siding, decking, or window projects, I highly recommend Sidex Siding & Decking—and definitely ask for Russ! He’s a pro who makes the entire process smooth and stress-free."
