The only one who was truly knowledgeable and would do the extra work to wire through the rafters instead of the whole line being ran outside was Squared Away Electric. They are very professional and have upfront pricing. The price was competitive, but equally important was their quick response time. They are willing to work for your business when others wouldn't get around to actually giving a quote they promised to do. They took the payment in portions as each piece was done respectively. You know by doing business that way they are trustworthy. I felt like hiring them was the easiest part of the process for getting the hot tub in. I would recommend them to everyone!"

"The equipment was delivered promptly, and the installers arrived shortly after. Chris Hardin and Anthony were the installers. They were very experienced, well trained, knowledgeable, and did top quality work. Both were polite, personable, and treated me with respect. I tend to be a perfectionist and must say if I would have had the skills to do this job myself, I could not have done any better. I have never seen such good quality for any heating and air conditioner replacement in other homes I have owned. In addition to replacing the furnace and air conditioner units, some other items that were replaced were: suction and liquid lines, the exterior breaker box, condenser pad, furnace vent, insert in the vent going up the chimney, and the condensation pump and hose. The old furnace was situated such that there was not much room to change the air filter and perform maintenance. The new furnace was repositioned to eliminate that problem. This involved rerouting the electrical cable to the furnace switch and partially extending the gas line. My previous coil was never a tight fit over the furnace and therefore, cool and warm air escaped. Special care was taken to tightly mount the new coil and thoroughly seal it with silicone. Some insulation was even used around ducts nearby. All the old equipment, including the condenser pad, was hauled away. The work area was cleaned up well after completion."

We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. Over the summer most bills were about $9.00. One month, AEP actually owed us $15.00.  Given the size of our house (1400 sq. ft.) and our usage, we expect to reach break even in 4.5 years.  Given that the panels are good for 25 years, I'll realize a profit for 20.5 years. This means panels are actually going to be earning money for me? Getting solar panels is a no brainer.

"The tech was lovely and kind. So our decision not to hire them was not due to customer service as that piece was great. They quoted us over 1000.00 to swap out 6 already wired fixtures. A job that would take about an hour. We were not looking to add new outlets or hard wire anything. Just fixture swaps for cosmetic reasons. Given the other quotes I got and what I was asking to do, their prices were more than double which to me was excessive and unacceptable. If you have a serious problem or need I'm sure they would do a great job. If you are simply looking to improve the look of your home with new fixtures you have already purchased I suggest going to a handy man not this company."
