"After deciding to remodel a very dated bathroom I interviewed Shawn Rendon. He made great suggestions to upgrade the rather small room and make it more accessible and safe. After complete demolition of the original 37 yr old space, team member Tristen expertly rebuilt the room including crafting a damless shower and then installing tile walls and floor. He kept me informed every step of the way and we have a beautiful walk in shower with no barriers. Other members of the team were outstanding in removing and replacing the original flooring throughout the first floor. Tristen again was great installing new lighting throughout. Rob is a master painter with 25+ years of experience and did a meticulous job painting walls, ceilings, doors and trim and they look brand new! Josh, the project manager is a great liason and communicator. He and Shawn were responsive to any of my questions or concerns in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Rendon Construction!"

There are nothing but positives. They are not the lowest bidder/cost, we have been there done that. Recommendation, learn from our bad experiences, you get what you pay for. The communication is outstanding, not only did they keep us advised of every step, concern, question, but they responded to my questions immediately, even if they were on vacation. They are hard workers, always on schedule or advise if the schedule is interrupted why it was disrupted and what the plan is. And 100% honest. They added 10 feet to my garage. It is beautiful. Replaced a bay window. Replaced 2 sliding glass doors. We do plan on building a large shop in the future and doing a major remodel in the house. And will not hesitate to use them. "Steve from brilliant services showed up within a couple days to bid the project. He was informative and thorough. Very personable and had the bid to me same day. His company sent me a thorough bid along with a typed up contract of services to be provided and expectations. They had Mike at my house laying tile within a week. Mike was amazing. He did such a good job and worked extremely quickly. He finished the job by himself in two days. The difficult part was I had already started the project. Mike was able to work off of what I had started and made everything look amazing. I had several bids prior to these guys and I was extremely nervous to just bring anybody in to do tile work. In the state of Idaho the licensing process is minimal at best. Like Mike said there are Tile guys and people that just do tile. But the problem with tile is you don’t get any do overs. Once it’s laid the process to tear it up can cost more than the initial project. Home Depot bid me over 8k and that didn’t even include materials. These guys were a fraction of that cost. They have even been available for text or phone call questions even after the project has been completed. I grouted the tile myself and they have both been available for questions. I would highly recommend these guys for tile work for sure but I’m sure they handle all things in homes with amazing care and service! Matt"
