"Rod was amazing from start to finish. He was there when he said he’d be, gave me great ideas and talked me through the options, and then he began and ended the project on time. He was very easy to work with, especially considerIng I’m from out of state and he had to complete the work while I was gone—he documented with great photos and communication, and went above and beyond with some extra touches. Highly recommended!"
