"This is the best roofing company in existence. We searched and searched for an honest up front roofing company and Copper Roofing was the only one. Their quote contains how much per foot they charge for dry rot repair. They were the only roofing company that emailed us our quote in a day. The others took over a month. Our son live next to us and he too need a roof so we decided to do them at the same time. When we asked if there could be a discount for doing both roofs at the same time Copper Roofing was the only one who gave us a discount for doing both roofs together. We also need new gutters on both houses and these were done beautifully. The crew who did both our roofs were polite, clean and respectful of all our property. The crew also cleaned up every scrap. You cannot find one piece of old roofing in my yard. And yet we have a beautiful new roof and gutters. I would like to thank Copper Roofing for doing such a lovely job on our roof."

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. I never felt like I was a burden and she always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. The complete team with Sunoro were professional and eager to help. "We have a rambling ranch house of 3800 sq.ft. built in 1948 with a double wood-shake roof, the second added in the late 1970s. Also a guest house of 1500 sq.ft. with the same. Removal of these roofs was a HUGE project. The new roofs look much better than I would have expected. The crew used by Reliable does outstanding work. There were unexpected difficulties encountered along the way; for example, raccoons had damaged the air duct work in the house with accompanying asbestos problems. Reliable efficiently dealt with all of these problems. Berj supervised the work and we couldn't be more pleased with everything. We chose the right company when we decided to go with Reliable."

"CHW was a bit of a nightmare. First the person they arranged was a no show. Then when the repair person I arranged showed up and tried to submit diagnostic for approval the claim number wouldn't work. i called and spoke to 3 different people who gave three explanations and finally the 3rd person fixed the glitch. Meanwhile a repair that would have taken an hour or less, took two hours because CHW didn't provide the right information or solutions. So I paid the extra hour out of pocket that the "waiting" cost us. I could have paid $100.00 less without CHW. I am not really very happy with the company. But, stuck as I prepaid for several years..ugh!"
