"It took a lot of persistence to actually get in touch with Ogle Construction.  We left several messages before we actually were able to get in touch with them.  Once we contacted them, they came out quickly and discussed the job.  It took a couple weeks to get the quote and we had to call and check if it had been sent.  It had not, and they assured us it would be sent soon.  The quote was reasonable when we received it and so we signed the quote and sent it back.  We did not hear from Ogle Construction for a while.  We called again to see when they might be able to complete the work.  They gave a date, but then called and were not able to come at that time because another job ran longer than expected.  They gave another date and we waited for a while, but they had some employees sick and were not able to make it that day either.  When they did arrive, they took care of the work in a quick and professional matter and we are satisfied with the work and the quality of the work.  Mr. Ogle told us if he didn't get back with us to keep calling him because he often would get distracted with other jobs and not get people called back.  The work was very good, but it was a little annoying to continually have to keep calling to get the quote and services obtained and scheduled.
