He communicated when he would be around, cleanned up after each day so you wouldn't even know he was there except for the extra stain on the front door frame and his quality of work was exceptional. "Francisco and his team were so easy to work with and did an excellent job painting the outside of our house. From the first meeting, Francisco communicated great and was very professional in sending the quote, setting up the job, and following through until completion. His crew was always at the house early and worked hard over the course of 6 days to complete the job. We changed the color entirely and they made sure the paint covered the house completely with 3 coats. We were also having trouble with a front porch light and a crew member came out right away to double check everything was reinstalled correctly. "I'm not sure this was the cheapest company, but you surely and without question do get what you pay for -  - that is a lesson I'm now quite comfortable with - - - and I'm certain that using the Deck Doctor for this job was a worthwhile investment and the best use of my resources. Jim provided a timely and detailed estimate. Once we got on each other's calendars, which was not difficult, they did a thorough powerwash and then repainted the deck with two coats, and worked with me to get a color and type of paint that I thought was best. This was a fairly large deck, about 15 by 30, and some benches below, steps with railings and balusters, and two overhead pergolas. Everything on the deck was carefully carried down, and they did a great job masking off everything. They also came back to touch up, and used some of  my existing matching housepaint to neatly fix a few areas of overspray - which is inevitable - and then carefully returned everything to its place on the deck (including planters and a rainbarrel) and then removed all the masking tape. And the guys who did the work were very courteous, professional, thorough and punctual. It couldn't have gone any better.  I don't think you could do any better. <br />"

"Joshua did a great job on my deck. He power-washed it, then pounded in all the nails so he could sand it. He also tightened the loose rails and replaced a plank of wood on the large deck, and also replaced a plank of wood on the smaller deck where the prior owner's dogs used the wood as a chew toy. He then stained the decks with a cedar finish. Everything looks great! I am very satisfied with Joshua's price and quality of work. The only negative is that the earliest he could book me was several weeks out, but that was okay. It was worth it."

"I purchased a "deal" -- $300 worth of services to clean and seal granite counters -- for $150.  We had two spots in the granite that had darkened because they were wet and just never dried.  Juan came out and got us started on a long process to dry the spots and lighten them in color by applying a poultice that would draw out the moisture.  The whole process took several months of not using the sink and letting it dry completely, but the granite now looks normal.  I then called Juan to return to complete the sealing of the counters, which he did, and he and Adrian then cleaned and sealed our travertine shower (this was an extra charge -- separate job).  Everything looks beautiful!   <br /> Juan was very responsive to my emails and kept checking in with me to see when he should return to complete the sealing of the counters.  They came when they said they were going to come, and were very prompt.  We are very happy with their service. <br />"
