"My project started with a water leak that destroyed a portion of my existing oak flooring. I needed someone that could remove the damaged flooring quickly and get the underlying subfloor dried out before more damage occurred. Luke responded to my request very quickly. Although he could not physically get to my problem immediately he knew someone who could and arranged for that person to perform the tear out the next day! The person who did the demo was amazingly quick. I was relieved, and Luke came a few days later to estimate the job of replacing and refinishing the flooring. I was impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm and he quickly provided an estimate. I took out a useless wall which expanded the amount of oak flooring, a few days before the scheduled work. Luke took it in stride and picked up the addition flooring then tied into the existing so well that it looks like it was originally built that way. We wanted a nontraditional finish that was durable and had a unique look. Luke custom mixed finish colors and came up with several that we liked. The floor is beautiful and we get lots of complements on it."

"We recently had BP Flooring Solutions install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our bathroom as part of a remodeling project, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Josh, the installer, did an excellent job from start to finish. He replaced a section of water-damaged subfloor, installed new underlayment, and finished everything off with fresh baseboards—all with great attention to detail. Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and the final result shows it. The project was completed at a very reasonable price, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied and would highly recommend BP Flooring Solutions—and especially Josh—for anyone looking for quality flooring installation."

"Kelly and Bill provided outstanding customer service to my daughter and me. From answering all our questions to providing additional estimates so we could make a decision. The workers installed vinyl plank flooring and carpet in 1.5 days and our choices from Foors N 24 were reasonably priced and beautiful. Very happy with their service as we had 4 other companies provide estimates and we went with Floors N 24."

"We first used Summit to replace carpet with wood flooring in our formal living room. It was a great experience and the end result was wonderful. The flooring made such a difference. After that, we continued additions projects with Mark. From more wood flooring throughout our main level to specific projects, he was always willing to help out or take on something new. This included framing and drywall, staining our steps and trim work. He has a diversified portfolio of work experience and will help wherever needed."

"We hired Wes to install 1000 sq ft of LVP flooring in my daughter’s older condo. I initially hired Wes due to his prompt phone call, his competitive prompt bid, his pleasant no pressure attitude and that he was a young man trying to grow his business. Wes far exceeded our expectations. He was in constant contact prior to the job, accommodated our timeline request, arrived each day on time, pleasant and fun to be around, a good listener, attention to detail, left the job site clean and completed the project one day early. The finished product is spectacular and included new baseboard installs. I can’t say enough about how happy we are that we hired Wes to install or LVP flooring. I will recommend him to all my friends and will use him again when I have flooring needs."

"I had carpet installation performed by one company who did a fabulous job. Very professional, very efficient and their craftmanship was impeccable. I had a difficult job that included sealing pet odors. When done there was no pet odors and they did the install sooner than expected. I also had a vinyl flooring installation in the kitchen done by another installer. They did a great job as well. Very professional, very efficient and their craftmanship was also impeccable. I would definitely use these companies again!"

"The company owners and sales team were excellent - professional, but friendly and buoyant. They addressed any issues immediately. However, there was a significant language barrier with the installers, which lead to come communication issues. The overall work looks good, but there were quite a few issues: the work took 5 days to complete; the porcelain was busted off both of my toilets, and all of the bolts for both toilets were missing; no caulk between the tub and tile floor; the installer used Liquid Nails because he did not have any white caulk on the top of the baseboards; the finished edge of my new carpet met with grout and the metal tack strip was pulled from the floor and left floating. All of the outstanding issues are things that I can fix but are the details that make a good job great."

"I found that Complete Flooring not only did a great job but also provided additional care and effort with their service on our floor. I highly recommend them for any flooring project you may have."
