"I hired Drew to install hardie board to replace old wooden siding on the outside of my condo. I was given an estimate which was to include replacing any of the rotting trim. Drew bought hardie board and wood trim but said that when he removed the old wooden siding, none of the trim was rotting. My painter came to paint and when he scraped off the old caulking, he discovered that the wood trim is rotting. When I contacted Drew, he became very defensive and said that an animal chewed the area and he is not responsible for that. It is definitely not an animal who chewed through the rotting wood. I have since called him and left messages and also sent numerous text messages and he is not responding. I was referred to Drew by a friend. Drew seems to be all talk and no action. He commented to one of my neighbors that he loves doing detail work. Definitely not?."
