Then Mike sent out Juan to do the install of the leak proof pan system, It included liner, interface to drain, forming a shower basin over the membrane. They had to do a lot of demolition and carting out of old materials before they could install the new showers. The work was completed in 3 days and they put in long days. After each part was completed, payment was due, not before. This was the first time I didn't need to provide an initial upfront deposit. Kurt promised a completion date of 4 weeks and it was completed on time. He arrived daily on time and worked by himself the entire day.
