We are happy with the product. <br /> BUT........the installation crew destroyed my neighbor's brick mailbox enclosure and did not even tell us or my neighbor that it occured. I have been trying to get someone with Ground Zero to return my calls for over a week now. NO RESPONSE from either a message left with a person who answered the phone at the main number and no response from an email sent to the contact on the Ground Zero home page. <br /> I will not recommend this company unless they do the right thing and repair / replace the property to its original condition to the satisfaction of my neighbor! <br /> <br />"

"What an awesome experience from beginning to end!  And over the years our family has had more than one home improvement nightmare. <br />  The sales rep I first encountered was a joy to meet, smile for everyone, no 'hard' sale. As it was the holiday season, she was engaging even to the passing people and their children. Making sure of both the progress and our satisfaction every step of the way. Even driving out of his way, mid-installation to check in on the event. <br />  The crew member were a perfect picture of efficiency!  Every member on time. They arrived in tandem and all proceeded with their jobs immediately. First  placing tarps to protect our home, through out. Then having every single supply in order and available to themselves.  <br />  Yes, I have had workmen need to use my extension cords. <br />  Not these guys! Awesomesauce!! For a job that I was prepared to take all day, they were in and out of here in a matter of hours. They even took time to indulge my disabled son. Took time to answer even his questions. Not everyone does that.  All four were very polite and exceptional to deal with. The whole time being respectful of our home. What a joyful and pleasant surprise. Right down to a fabulous job on even the clean up. Above and beyond, I would say. <br />  The change from our old windows was immediate and phenomenal! Why did we not do this sooner! <br />  With such a fine overall experience, we can hardly wait for our next project to commence with The staff from Kape Roofing and Exteriors."

"Jim was professional, tolerant of my need to redesign and make changes based on structural issues.  It was a project between two bigger projects for him.  I was glad he "fit me in" but also felt I had lost his focus as he got to work on the other project.  The plumbing was subcontracted and I liked the plumber he recommended.  Jim was quick to make anything that I was disatisfied with right.  Check the drywall work carefully.  His workers were not careful about filling in small divots and make the surface smoothe.  Check the paint jobs too.  Jim fixed and repainted the areas where the drywall was rough or the painting uneven but there were multiple areas that needed this kind of attention and I had to point them out.  I am very picky but expect to get what is promised.  He did come back and make the touch ups and he did add on a few more tasks (with added expense to me of course) which were not in the original contract.  I would use Jim again."
