"This was the easiest part of the remodel as from or ding to install they did everything like it should be done and for price the beat offers we had by a lot and even had to order special for one color. The install was easy and they cleaned any thug that was there which was not much as they used vacuum cleaner with any tools they used. We had 40 square feet of tops. Would for sure use them again."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"He was very responsive and professional. He took extra time to make sure I knew what hail damage looks like. He was very thorough, and even though we have a three-story house, he carefully inspected every level. His estimate for damage repair seems fair, and he gave an honest assessment. I have the impression he really wanted to be accurate, and not to exaggerate the damage for the sake of a claim, as others might be inclined to do. As a contractor, he stood to benefit from the assessment, but he was very clear that he wasn't about to report damage that didn't exist. I find that very refreshing and I was very impressed with his honesty and integrity. <br /> The report Steve submitted to me was very detailed and professional. I will likely submit it to my insurance agent. If their adjustor comes out and finds that a claim is warranted, I will likely use Steve to repair the roof. He has done renovation work for me in the past, and his work was exceptional and reasonably priced."
