"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"First of all the communication before, during and after was top-tier. Cliff made the process so easy from the estimate to the final day. Workmanship was quality and he had to think on the fly many times in our situation with an older home. He made the necessary changes and never short cut the problem. The Kitchen turned out better than expected and even with hiccups. Cliff always thought of the customer and my wife was very happy with the finished product. "I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies.
