The attention to detail/pride they take in their work truly stand out and far exceeded our experiences with contractors in the past. One of my favorite parts is how much I genuinely love coming home now. It completely changed the look and feel of the front of our house, and every time I pull into the driveway it makes me happy to see it. "Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level."

"Hubert Construction performed large scale construction/ additions to my home in 2022 and 2024. I had a large addition done in 1998, which I only wish could have been Hubert Construction. It left much to be desired. I watched Hubert work on another house nearby and was impressed. The 2 jobs that they did for me, were absolutely impeccable. Every part of the construction was done exactly as I hoped for, from design, to quality of work, to finished product. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to hire him a second time. In addition, Arthur’s employees are conscientious, sweet, and friendly. They, as well as Arthur, are a pleasure to work with. In summary, you cannot go wrong hiring Hubert Construction. "Dennis and his team installed a new beautiful bathroom from scratch. They had to build the room, install new plumbing, attach to the HVAC, frame and install the door, tile, paint, install all the fixtures, sink, toilet, handicap bars, and build outside stairs They did an excellent job. All their work was great, Dennis was always here when he said he would be and called back promptly when I had questions. His team was very nice and neat. I am very happy I chose Dennis for the job. I would use him again for any future work."

"Scott and his team did a terrific job. My deck looks infinitely better than it did and it is more structurally sound now than before. He replaced all the decking on the first floor deck, adding a new addition to the deck and completely renovated a screened-in porch. They removed a floating deck on the upstairs deck and resurfaced the underlying fiberglass deck adding new railings. Scott was present throughout the job with his team (3 people). With this job there were little changes that I wanted made and Scott and the team were extremely accommodating and receptive. They did solid work, were very professional and always left the worksite very clean every day. I highly recommend SCS Construction and would definitely use them again in the future."
