"Initially I was impressed with quick service. They came out 3 times. I needed a recall due to ongoing issues and that appointment was cancelled through home warranty. My complaint is company will not respond to me text and calls to discuss resolution of damage to my property by their technician. I need this company to be ethical and professional and replace the damaged parts caused by them. I’m sure not intentional I’m wondering if they have insurance because they should have been prompt to respond. I trusted them in my home for repairs and dryer was damaged during the process of dismantling for repair. They should have acknowledged the damage on the spot instead of running out ghosting me. I’ll keep updated."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Today, on a moments notice, Jordan of Abel Appliance Repair, 972.704.9911, came to our home to take a look at our GE Monogram freezer. Within 24 hours, the freezer temp had jumped from 0 to 9 degrees. It didn’t take Jordan anytime to discern what the problem was. He replaced the needed part and we are all set. "Outstanding service arriving on time with text updates. Bryan Garcia troubleshot an electrical issue I was having throughout my home and isolated it to an incoming electrical issue from ONCOR. One leg was receiving 120 volts and the other only 12 volts. Bryan even called ONCOR to place a work order to have this issue repaired. ONCOR arrived and now I have power throughout my home. Bryan was upfront, professional, and courteous truly a great representation of Berkey's! I will absolutely be using them again."
