"It went very well, from the first visit to the end. <br /> My first appointment was on a Tuesday at 3 PM and they showed up on time. Their representative listened to us when we went through the issues in our  bathroom. It was out of date and needed a face lift. We wanted new tile on the floor and in the shower. We needed new glass for the shower, a new toilet and a new set of double sinks with a new cabinet. The fan also needed replacing and we also wanted to paint the untiled portion of the walls and ceiling. Generally we wanted a new bathroom. <br /> G.H. took measurements and got back with us a few days later. We got all our wish list at a very fair price, with good terms. <br /> The workmen showed, again on time, and started the project. about a week later. We got to pick out our tile, paint color, sink and hardware. It was very exciting and although GH does this all the time, we don't and GH was very patient with us and answered all our many questions, of which there were many during the project. <br /> The entire project took the better part of four days and the guys showed up every day and when they had to leave early, to allow the tile to set up, they explained to us why they were leaving and when they were coming back. Through out the process the job was checked on by our representative. We had no surprises. <br /> We got our new bathroom and I would highly recommend G.H. Complete Construction to anyone who is looking for a contractor. <br />"

"DJ Custom Cabinets (Don Dockery, owner) is a wonderful company to use for custom cabinet work. Last year we thought replacing the kitchen countertops and painting the walls would make our kitchen look more modern. After the work was completed, we realized that we should have replaced the kitchen cabinets as well. We had several contractors look at the cabinets and give us their opinion. We determined that DJ Custom Cabinets was the right team for the job. It was absolutely the right decision! Don has been in this line of business for over 45 years and felt 99% confident that he could put in new kitchen cabinets without removing the new countertops. He built a complex set of braces to hold up the countertops and was successful at removing the lower cabinets without any damage to the new countertops. He then slid the new lower cabinets under the braced countertops with no damage to the countertops. He replaced all the other cabinets as well. It was amazing to watch him do this. The cabinets are beautiful. His work is absolutely the best. Don and his team are great with communication and very respectful. We never had a call that wasn’t answered or returned quickly. He kept us informed throughout the process. The process was explained thoroughly. Timeline for work completion was right on. We highly recommend DJ Custom Cabinets for any custom cabinet work. You won’t be disappointed."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"I emailed Dr. Loviolette yesterday explaining the problem with the light and/or light switch in the bedroom closet.  I asked if he worked later in the day or on a Saturday.  Within a couple of hours he called me to find out if I'd be home that evening.  Later that night he called to see if he could come by to look at the problem.  Dr. Loviolette came in and tested the wires in the light switch that confirmed the issue, he replaced the light switch and he was gone. <br /> I really appreciate that he was responsive to my time request and would definitely call him again. <br />"

"The general contractor was very professional. There are always a lot of choices that come up along the way with a remodel--some can be anticipated and some cannot. He was very good about asking for our input along the way so that we weren't surprised. There were a few hiccups (there always are). Carlos was willing to fix problems (finish work on cabinet, drainage of shower floor). The only unresolved issue is a cracked window--the installation of a quartz shelf in the shower area led to a small crack in an exterior window. It was suggested that the glass could easily be replaced by a glass company, but the recommended company wasn't willing to do the work. The crack is a cosmetic issue. To completely replace the window and frame would be very expensive. The crew was also very professional. They did a good job of minimizing the mess and did a good job cleaning up. I hope that I can resolve the window issue, but I'd definitely hire them again."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."
