At that point, I noticed it was not installed properly by the previous company. Tim came by and helped me design the new sunroom in which I'm thoroughly impressed and happy with. Tim was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and was great at offering suggestions. Another person I was impressed with was Jason. He was the best!! He came out and built the sunroom. Jason was very detailed and professional throughout the entire process, addressing any questions and/or concerns I may have had during the build. I can't say enough of how impressed I was with Jason's quality of work! In closing, I'll say that the quality of service and product made me happy that I chose them for this project. "I started this process by getting 4 bids from reputable companies. One of the things you should be aware of is that some out there will try to take a lot of your time with demonstrations/high pressure sales. The price will be crazy and you will wonder why. It's simple...the big guys have to pay for overhead and all the salesmen that come to your home. Affordable Siding and Windows is a small company and has an advantage in having an owner in Jesse Elizondo, who also leads the crew that will be installing your windows. His bid was the best value based on the quality and scope of work. His crew removed and installed our blinds. No other company offered to do this. It eliminated another hassle and sold me on using them. Jesse kept me up to date with the window order and we selected an install date that never changed. The install took 2 days as we replaced all 14 windows in our home and a new front door. Each day they were there on time or slightly early with plenty of manpower. His guys are very hard working and the absolute best at keeping the work area clean. I saw a guy cleaning our floors as they rolled up each day and another one sweeping near the work area with a magnet to remove any screws/nails. The door frame that came with the door was the wrong size (my fault in ordering) but did this stop them? Nope. Jesse went to Home Depot and bought what was needed to to reconfigure. Again- zero hassles. I have a feeling if we went with anyone else this would have been a huge problem. At the end of the project, our house looks and feels better than ever and I would encourage you to hire Jesse and his team if you need windows/doors/siding. They are true professionals."

"We needed to replace some Eze Breeze windows and fix a leaky roof in our sunroom.  We called Sunshine Sunrooms and the representative was very nice.  We also received a followup phone call and were give an estimate based on the information we provided.  However, no one ever came to do the work.  We called again but no one showed up. 

Called a 3rd time and had a completely different experience.  I received a call back that day and was able to schedule an appointment for Jim to come out to our house.  Jim showed upon on time on the scheduled date/time.  Note that this was on a day when there were torrential rain storms in the DFW Metroplex where Lake Lewisville gained 10ft of water!  Jim did a FANTASTIC job of explaining all the available options for fixing our sunroom and providing all the pros and cons of each option.  He called back write away with a very reasonable estimate and he said he would send us a contract so he can start the work.   I am looking forward to having Sunshine Sunroom do the work and i will update this review after the work has been completed.

UPDATE: Sunshine Sunrooms has completed the work as promised. They did a grate job and I am very happy with the work they have done.  There have been no leaks since they did their work.  I will be contacting them in the future to re-roll the panes for my older windows.

"Very well! I entered my info on Angi and less than 2 minutes later, I got their call. An hour or so later, the workmen showed up to access the repairs needed. They called the info into their office and a couple of minutes later, I got a call with the estimate. After my acceptance, work began. The owners came and checked on the work while it was being done. They were gracious, knowledgeable, and showed attention to detail. I’m had less than stellar dealings with fence companies in the past and expected much the same this time. This company proved me wrong! If you’re looking for fence repair, search no more!!"

"Used them at the recommendation of a friend, to install gutters for two story house. Gutters Worked however when it rained heavy, my flowerbeds got completely flooded due to where the downspout was installed. I called and sent photos to see if maybe I needed additional downspouts installed or relocated to divert the water elsewhere away from my foundation and never got a call back from them. On two separate occasions. Then come to find out from the person who referred them, they responded to him in recent days and continued to do work for him. I guess I will not be using them for further projects if they don’t even respond about the projects they completed. I guess since it’s a small job, maybe it wasn’t worth their time."
