"PLEASE READ !! If you are seriously thinking about having siding installed on your home then your search is over. If you want to have the most beautiful house on the block. Then you need to call Jesse at Affordable Siding and Windows. Jesse and his crew are more then just siding installers they are true craftsmen that pay attention to small details throughout the installation of the siding. "We needed to replace some Eze Breeze windows and fix a leaky roof in our sunroom.  We called Sunshine Sunrooms and the representative was very nice.  We also received a followup phone call and were give an estimate based on the information we provided.  However, no one ever came to do the work.  We called again but no one showed up. 

Called a 3rd time and had a completely different experience.  I received a call back that day and was able to schedule an appointment for Jim to come out to our house.  Jim showed upon on time on the scheduled date/time.  Note that this was on a day when there were torrential rain storms in the DFW Metroplex where Lake Lewisville gained 10ft of water!  Jim did a FANTASTIC job of explaining all the available options for fixing our sunroom and providing all the pros and cons of each option.  He called back write away with a very reasonable estimate and he said he would send us a contract so he can start the work.   I am looking forward to having Sunshine Sunroom do the work and i will update this review after the work has been completed.

UPDATE: Sunshine Sunrooms has completed the work as promised. They did a grate job and I am very happy with the work they have done.  There have been no leaks since they did their work.  I will be contacting them in the future to re-roll the panes for my older windows.
