I discussed it with him for a while and then made a decision on the phone. He gave me a price and we made an appointment. <br /> But he must have sensed my uncertainty, because when I got there the day of my appointment, he whips out some samples and goes over everything again with me, to make sure I was getting what I wanted. In these days of worrying about the bottom line, that just really made an impression on me. <br /> So last month I called and made another appointment, and not surprisingly, he had all the records of exactly what I got before. All went well once again, as expected. <br /> Usually I dread appointments, but the shop and waiting area are very nice with a relaxing atmosphere, and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed through an assembly line. I like that this is not some fly-by-night outfit, and it is small enough that you don’t have to worry about who you will be getting – you will always get the owner. I am a pretty particular person and I ask a lot of questions and I’m sure that probably puts a lot of merchants off, but he was unruffled. Reasonable prices, with no trying to upsell or add on additional charges, and he even gave me manufacturer’s warranty papers. Very professional outfit all around. <br />"
