First, to repair a toilet installation that became an emergency situation, and second, a washing machine repair. The first happened on a Saturday and Michael was on scene with an hour. He took care of the problem making certain to attend to all matters of the flooding that had occurred. Second was my washing machine repair which he performed in under thirty minutes.
