"After seeing a coupon and reading some reviews on Angie's list, I called Paul at 8:00am after the refrigerator had not been working for the past 24 hours. He returned my call by 9:00am and set an appointment time between 11:00am and 1:00pm. He arrived on time. He tested several parts of the fridge and explained that the problem was with the defroster thermometer. Went to purchase the new part and replaced it. I was so pleased that he actually returned my call in a timely manner, arrived at the appointed time, and explained exactly why the fridge wasn't working. He was friendly and the price was very fair. We will keep his business card handy for any other repairs we need."

Working with a large format tile, in a diagonal set was complex, but every joint is level, and even. They also replaced all of our baseboards, and these look great too."

"Repair was to fix a small drip leak in the water meter box. The repair would have cost about $1,800 involving removal old plastic pipe and several square feet of concrete. The drip is very small and not worth the cost. The individuals that came out were polite and professional. I will consider using them in the future."

"When I first spoke with Steve from Plumbing Kings he was very kind and professional. As I described where the leak was at and possibly coming from, he quickly gave me his opinion as to what was causing the leak - overflow from the bathtub. Steve was able to come out the next day. While on site he was respectful of our home and professional. Steve was upfront and explained everything as the process went along. Once he was able to diagnose the issue, Steve provided an estimated cost. Because he had to get a part for the overflow, he wasn't able to complete the repair that night, but communicated everything and came back the next day. Steve is very precise and insistent on doing things the way it should be done. As repairing drywall is not a service he performs, Steve also provided the contact information of a business he uses as a subcontractor and I was able to get an appointment set up to finish the leak repair. I will definitely be using Plumbing Kings for my future plumbing related issues and maintenance."
