"The communication was impeccable! Estimate was spot on. My roof was in bad shape and one spot needed major repairs. I was sent pictures and the additional repair cost was fair and the work was professional. I was please to see the workers wore fall restraints and there was evidence of a Safety meeting. The work was completed in 2 days with full replacement of the plywood. The whole process was seamless and they did what they said they would do."

"Much better than I expected. Elle, the roofer, was very courteous and obviously an expert at roof repairs. The repair required a partial rebuild of the skylight casement. When finished in one day, the quality of the work was readily apparent. Although extra work was required when water damage was discovered during repair, Patriot Roofing stood by their quote and that’s something not often seen nowadays. Very reasonable price too. Oh, and with a lot of rain this fall, no more leaks."

"We had a full assessment of our damaged roof, discussed in detail the various courses of action to repair the roof to our expectations, and felt very confident that we would be satisfied with the result. Our expectations were more than we ever expected. The products, workmanship, and competence of all members of the work team could not have been better. We were kept informed during all phases of work and we are totally satisfied with the final product."

"Craig was wonderful! I called him on the off chance he was available to come out for a roof leak during a long stretch of horrible wind and rain. He returned my call within 10 min and made time to come out to my house because he happened to be in the area. He examined my roof where the leak was and determined that the roof wasn't the problem, but the grout in our chimney. He then proceeded to inspect the rest of our roof, showed me a few spots that would need to be repaired in the future and even told me how to fix a simple problem myself and how to wrap my chimney until a mason could come out. He did all that and didn't charge me, just saying that inspections were free. Thank you Craig for being so professional and helpful! We'll be calling you in the future!"

"Very professional and quality work from a great team. The project was on time and on budget. Their quote was the mid point of the three quotes we received. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. Adolfo and crew minimized the disruption and were done with a full 3500 SQ FT roof replacement in a little over a week. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment. They identified some siding issues that needed repair and recommended another company to take on that work. We would gladly recommend Three Tree for other similar projects and have already referred them to our neighbors."

"We had Near Me Roofing Company re-shingle my 2 story house. The crew was professional , clean and on time. On our first day, it started to rain and they were happy to re-schedule to another day of the week. We were very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend them."

"Dennis arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the importance of cleaning the roof before the inspection and returned promptly to complete the job. Following the roof inspection, Dennis swiftly provided a detailed report of his findings. This report included recommendations for repairs and maintenance. His professionalism extended to the prompt issuance of a certificate, validating the roofs condition and compliance."

"Comments involve the representative of the Metroroot Company, Casey Howard, and the construction crew of Sound Roofing both companies at the same address: 184458 8th Ave S, Sea-Tac, WA 98148. Casey did the inspection and drafted the proposed work to re-tile our ~85-year-old clay tile roof. He was especially careful to address specific weaknesses in the existing tile roof. A crew of 4 to 8 workers did the actual job. They worked hard and they did an excellent job. This is not an easy task as you keep as many of the original tiles as possible (not like a shingle or shake roof). The site was kept clean and they work progressed rapidly, but carefully. The result was excellent."

"I have a complicated roof. There were 3 layers, an insulation board, and a bunch of custom metal flashings that needed to be done. I had 6 bids Ranging from $65k to $30k. An unbelievable range. Jim at RoofSmart was outstanding. The details he noticed, the options he gave, won the job. It was expensive, but I could not be happier with the result. Highly recommended!"
